The
organization has moved several times since its founding
in 1924:
In 1937, the Board moved back to 391 East 149th Street
where it was once located in 1929 and remained
there for the next 25 years.
The building
currently located at 1126 Pelham Parkway South,
which was once home to the Board in 1987 was originally built
behind and moved away from the Board's present
home at 1867 Williamsbridge Road.
